Responsibilities

To create and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for respective project developments
To liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the marketing plans
Analyse and review marketing plans, strategize, marketing plans and marketing campaigns for strength & weakness and developing solutions within budget
Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns, exhibitions & promotions events.
Liaise with consultants in preparation for new property launches
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Keep track of the trends in property market and develop innovative and creative ideas
Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or Equivalent

Minimum 3 year working experience in related field is required for this position. Experience in property development industry is an added advantage

Well verse in Microsoft Office software

Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia – both verbal & written

Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.

Ability to build good relationship internally and externally

Committed, highly disciplined and motivated person.

Multi-tasking is expected

Able to work independently under minimal supervision

Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
