Working Location : Bentong, Pahang

Process Optimization : - Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes involved in latex compounding, chemical dispersion, extrusion, and drying / vulcanization.- Monitor production parameters to ensure consistency and quality of the rubber threads.

Quality Control : - Collaborate with the QA team to maintain product specifications and troubleshoot quality issues.- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective / preventive actions.

Research & Development : - Innovate and test new formulations to enhance product performance, stability, and cost-efficiency.- Evaluate and introduce new raw materials or chemicals as needed.

Production Support : - Provide technical support to production teams for continuous process improvement.- Troubleshoot latex / chemical-related production issues and propose solutions.

Documentation & Reporting : - Maintain accurate records of process data, test results, and material usage.- Prepare technical reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
