Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and maintain effective internal accounting processes and procedures Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies Lead and coach a team of junior account executives Monitor cash flow and ensure timely collections of receivables Establish and monitor internal controls Oversee accounts payable processes and payments Manage proper inventory control for the Group Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes Analyze financial performance and advise senior management on potential areas of improvement Oversee all the tax matters such as transfer pricing, tax incentives, tax deductibility of expenses, etc within the Group Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and bankers
