Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take accurate food and drink orders (in-person or via POS system)
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
- Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas
- Assist with basic food prep or packing orders when needed
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures at all times
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and fellow team members
