Support the strategic management of the Group’s capital through forward-looking planning, efficient allocation, and regulatory compliance. This role contributes to strengthening capital adequacy and enabling sustainable business growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop forward-looking capital forecasts and monitor key drivers impacting capital adequacy.
• Support efficient capital allocation and deployment across business units using RAROC and other performance metrics.
• Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of stress testing and ICAAP exercises to assess capital resilience and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders on capital initiatives, stay updated on regulatory changes, and contribute to strategic projects.
• Conduct peer benchmarking on capital ratios and practices to inform internal strategy and positioning.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Capital Management Committee, including meeting coordination and documentation.
• Maintain and monitor capital tracker for new loans applications, ensuring alignment with capital planning and allocation.
• Undertake additional responsibilities or strategic assignments as assigned by management, in response to evolving business needs.
