About the Role

The Supplier Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of supplier onboarding, changes, and lifecycle governance within Brooks’ global supply chain. This role ensures data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency through structured intake workflows, Oracle Cloud integration, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about supplier data integrity and change management and high-performance teaming.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Intake & Approval Workflow

Manage intake forms for new supplier additions and changes.

Maintain and update the Approved Global Supplier Listing.

Validate supplier data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Brooks’ standards.

Track and manage supplier changes through Agile and Oracle Cloud systems.

Maintain organized records of supplier onboarding, approvals, and changes.

Develop and monitor KPIs related to supplier onboarding, approval cycle time, and data quality.

Foster a culture of high-performance teaming and collaboration across supplier management functions.

Lead efforts to collaborate with sourcing, finance, and compliance teams to ensure supplier data is correctly entered and approved in Oracle Cloud.
