Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing Microsoft solutions, enhancing collaboration and productivity across our organization.

What You’ll Do

Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams and SharePoint.
Provide technical support and training to users on Microsoft applications.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows using Microsoft tools.
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft products and provide timely resolutions.
Analyze usage data to improve user experience and drive adoption rates.
Create documentation for processes and best practices related to Microsoft platforms.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.

Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.

Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on user satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
