Working Hours / 工作时间 :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)

周一至周五，早上8点至下午5点（包含1小时午休）

Salary / 薪资待遇 :

During the 3-month probation period, the monthly salary is MYR 2,500. Upon successful completion of the probation, salary adjustment and performance bonus opportunities will be available.

试用期为三个月，期间月薪为 2,500 马币。试用期结束并通过考核后，薪资将根据表现进行调整，并有绩效奖金机会。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

Talent Sourcing & Screening / 人才搜寻与筛选

通过本地招聘网站、社交媒体、行业推荐及内部数据库等多渠道寻找并识别合适候选人。

Conduct preliminary screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability and alignment with client requirements.
进行初步筛选与评估，确保候选人与客户需求相匹配。

End-to-End Recruitment / 招聘全流程管理

协调并安排面试，及时收集与传达反馈信息，确保招聘流程高效顺畅。

Support the team in finalising candidate-job matching and offer confirmation to ensure successful placement.

协助团队完成候选人与岗位的最终匹配及录用确认，确保候选人成功入职。

Market Insights / 市场洞察

深入研究马来西亚本地人才市场趋势及行业动态，为招聘策略提供可执行的方案。

Develop accurate candidate mapping and market analysis reports to support recruitment projects.

制作候选人及市场分析报表，为招聘项目提供数据支持。

Key Requirements / 任职要求

拥有出色的中英文沟通能力；掌握马来语或其他语言者优先.

Prior experience in recruitment, headhunting, or human resources is preferred; familiarity with the Malaysian talent market is highly desirable.

Strong telephone communication and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a commitment to long-term growth and excellence in the recruitment field.

Academic background is not restricted; we place greater emphasis on your practical experience, capabilities, and potential for professional development.
