About the role

Osteobionics Sdn. Bhd., a leading orthopaedic medical device company, is seeking dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position focused on promoting and selling our innovative orthopaedic products to healthcare professionals across Malaysia.

We are actively hiring for the following locations :

Penang
Kedah
Kuantan
Kelantan
Shah Alam
Johor Bahru

What you'll be doing

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, such as surgeons, hospitals, and clinics

Providing product demonstrations and education to customers to showcase the benefits of our medical devices

Generating sales opportunities and effectively closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

Preferably 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales; however, strong candidates with less experience or a relevant degree are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong technical understanding of orthopaedic products.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.

Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events.
