    • Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production and coordinate with bakers for smooth operations
  • Prepare ingredients and operate baking equipment
  • Create high-quality cakes and confections according to company recipes and standards
  • Decorate pastries and cakes to ensure aesthetic and taste excellence
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and proper stock arrangement
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture
  • Provide training and support to team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
