Position Overview

We are looking for Interpreters for a real-time interpretation role supporting calls across critical industries such as healthcare, law, banking, insurance, and emergency services.

Position Details

  • Position : English to Mandarin or Cantonese Interpreter
  • Location : Remote (Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines)
  • Salary : RM4800 - RM8600 per month (30RM per productivity hour)
  • Employment Type : Full-Time, Work From Home (WFH)
  • Shift : Night Shift
  • Benefits : EPF, SOSCO, Employee benefits, Comprehensive medical coverage
  • Apprenticeship : 3 weeks of apprenticeship (to learn terminologies of the call industry)

Responsibilities

  • Real-time language interpretation during calls across critical industries including healthcare, law, banking, insurance, and emergency services.
  • Maintain high-quality interpretation while managing call dynamics and ensuring clarity.

    • Qualifications

  • Proficiency in two languages, including English and Mandarin / or English and Cantonese.
  • No prior experience as an interpreter required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
