Retail Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist / provide information on product to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints / issue and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively build and manage customer relationship
• Oversee daily store operations including manage inventory levels, promotion materials and ensure products are correctly priced.
• Handle cash transaction, process payment and reconcile daily sales.
• Maintain health and safety standards within the store.
• Responsible to carry out weekend events and sampling activities organized by the Marketing team to promote branding and products.
• Host or participate in live sessions to drive sales.
• Any other tasks assigned by HOD.
