About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily cash operations, forecasting cash flow, overseeing banking relationships across jurisdictions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll play a key role in providing accurate financial insights to senior leadership and supporting strategic treasury initiatives.
Daily Cash Management & Reconciliation
- Conduct daily reviews of all cash outgoings, ensuring alignment and reconciliation with the cash flow model.
Treasury Operations
Maintain and update all key treasury documentation and files, including :Payments & Direct Debits (Pay & DDs)Revenue Forecast SheetTreasury management files and working documentsBanking Administration
Act as the primary administrator for banks across all jurisdictions.Manage all banking requirements, including :Changes to bank mandatesLiaising with international banking teams as neededReporting & Forecasting
Prepare a comprehensive monthly cash flow reporting pack for presentation to the Board.Deliver a rolling 12-week cash flow forecast each month for Board review.Conduct a biannual review of funding lines to assess adequacy in line with operational and strategic requirements.Compliance & Risk Management
Coordinate the annual KYC documentation process across the entire group to ensure full compliance.Arrange and manage forward contracts (hedging)Strategic Planning
Define and monitor working capital targets, supporting efficient capital allocation.Requirements
A Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance5–7 years of relevant experience in treasury management, preferably in a multi-jurisdictional environment.Self-starter with a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Capable of working autonomously while engaging effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders across regions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.If this sounds interesting, please apply soonest and we will reach out.
