We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admin Executive - Uniform & Stationery to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school shop, which supplies school uniforms and basic stationery needs for the students and staff. The successful candidate will manage stock levels, coordinate with the Regional Office on budgets and stock and maintain an organised and visually appealing shop space. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff visiting the shop, your communication skills will play a fundamental role in providing excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with teachers to ensure the necessary stationery resources are available that align with curriculum requirements. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Uniform & Stationery Shop, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organising supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, assisting them with their needs.
- Coordinate with the Regional Office with regards to budgets and orders of uniform and stationery supplies, receive deliveries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Carry out stock checks to ensure there are no shortages.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the shop stocks all the appropriate resources that are required for a smooth running of the school.
- Work with the admissions team to ensure all new parents have the necessary uniforms for their children.
- Be self-organised, motivated and proactive.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in communication or related qualification.Fluent in Bahasa and English.Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage inventory and sales effectively.Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.Basic financial acumen, including budgeting, stock taking, and handling card transactions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when necessary.Proficiency in using general office software for reporting and management tasks.Benefits
