Accounts Payable Analyst

Salary (Monthly / Daily / Hourly) : MYR 4,800.00 – 5,000.00 per month.

Other Allowances : overtime, standby / travel rate, completion bonus and etc.

Rotation / Work Schedule : Office based – Mon-Fri / 8AM – 5PM.

Role Summary :

Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities :

• Executing the Accounts Payable Assurance processes (Other Assets / Other Liabilities) to ensure all entries are recorded timely and accurately in accordance with the internal and external policies.
• Performing the review of the Other Assets / Other Liabilities process which includes maintaining the deposit and prepayment trackers to ensure validity and accuracy of open items.
• Preparing / reviewing and approving Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations (Blackline).
• Ensuring all key deliverables meet the internal policy (Risk Control Management (RCM) and external policies (Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX), US GAAP, etc.).
• Participating in process simplifications and automations.
• Building a good relationship with stakeholders (FP&A, Controllership, internal and external auditors).
