about the job

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role is to match the right talent with the right opportunity while achieving personal delivery and sales targets. Your day-to-day will include :

• Sourcing candidates via multiple channels (ads, referrals, networking)
• Managing end-to-end recruitment : screening, interviewing, client briefings, and offer negotiations
• Advising clients and candidates on salary benchmarks, training, and career progression
• Actively engaging in sales and marketing efforts to attract business
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and future priorities
