Role Overview

As a Sales Account Executive at TokenMinds, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building relationships with top-tier clients in the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem. Your mission will be to identify opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the Web3 & AI space.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Set up outbound calling campaigns.
  • Initiate smart lead finding.
  • Find the right decision makers and / or influencers within enterprise accounts.
  • Establish customer relationships with the decision‑making unit, such as Purchasing Manager, IT Manager, Finance Manager, General Director, or other influencers.
  • Ask questions to determine if an opportunity is a good fit based on a set of criteria.
  • Schedule appointments with prospects.
  • Hand over opportunities properly to the Account Executives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR / BDR or Inside Sales.
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills, ideally with working proficiency in multiple languages.
  • The desire to master this role and take on new challenges.
