Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the enterprise IT solutions market.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic prospecting, networking, and market research, focusing on large corporations seeking open-source system integration solutions.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, account management, and proactive problem‑solving, ensuring high levels of customer retention and loyalty.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to inform sales planning and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and marketing departments, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and effective communication of the company's value proposition.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT sales, specifically within system integration solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge of enterprise IT solutions and open‑source technologies to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Exhibit strong strategic prospecting skills to identify and qualify new business opportunities within large corporations.
  • Proficient in delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to diverse audiences, showcasing the benefits of Wiki Labs' solutions.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage client engagements, build strong customer relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and provide timely updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mastery of closing deals and navigating complex sales cycles to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficient in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines effectively.
