Job Summary :

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our warehouse inventory, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, oversee the organization of the warehouse, and ensure that all materials and equipment are readily available for our operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials and equipment.
• Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including data entry and physical counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of materials to various departments and project sites.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill their material and equipment needs.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of inventory to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Prepare and maintain records of goods received and dispatched.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
