We’re a leading TikTok Shop Partner (Top 3) and Shopee Shop Partner (Top 1) collaborator, working with key accounts and managing over 100 live hosts! If you’re passionate about livestream e‑commerce and want to be part of a dynamic and fast‑growing team, this is your chance.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate livestream equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, software, and streaming platforms).
  • Ensure smooth technical execution of livestream sessions, including testing connections, monitoring audio / video quality, and troubleshooting in real‑time.
  • Assist hosts / talents during livestreams, providing technical and operational support.
  • Manage livestream back‑end operations such as product uploads, price adjustments, vouchers, and on‑screen interactions.
  • Track livestream performance data (viewership, engagement, sales conversions) and provide reports for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and e‑commerce teams to enhance livestream strategies and improve audience engagement.
  • Maintain and organize livestream equipment, ensuring availability and good working condition.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Broadcasting, Communications, E‑commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience in livestream operation, video production, or e‑commerce platforms preferred.
  • Familiar with livestream platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, YouTube, Facebook Live).
  • Technical proficiency in livestream tools / software and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced, live production environments.
  • Team player with good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
