We are expanding and looking for a dedicated HR Admin to join our growing team. This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position, and candidates must be based in Kuching .

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the recruitment and administrative functions within the HR department :
Assist in preparing and organizing new hire documentation, contractsSupport in the onboarding process for new employeesAssist in maintaining accurate employee records (personal details, attendance, leave records, etc.)Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures via email, chat, or callsPrepare HR reports and assist with HR-related administrative tasksMonitor employee feedback and provide input for improving HR processesEnsure compliance with HR policies and regulationsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee informationSupport HR team with any other tasks or projects as neededJob Requirements
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)Comfortable working independently in a remote environmentFresh graduates are welcome to apply#J-18808-Ljbffr
