What you'll be doing?

  • Hardware and software installation : Set up and configure hardware and software components to ensure optimal usability and performance.
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Safety compliance : Ensure all electrical safety standards are met to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Maintenance and repairs : Conduct repairs or replace damaged hardware to keep systems running smoothly.
  • System upgrades : Upgrade entire systems to ensure software compatibility across all computers.
  • Security management : Install and upgrade anti-virus software to maintain user-level security.
  • Testing and evaluation : Perform thorough tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
  • User support : Provide friendly and efficient support to users as the first point of contact for error reporting.
  • Relationship building : Establish and maintain positive relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Data protection : Conduct daily backup operations to safeguard critical information.
  • Documentation : Manage and update technical documentation to ensure accurate records.
  • On-site service : Provide on-site support as needed, requiring own transportation (car or motorcycle).

  • Mid-level experience : Seeking candidates with a solid foundation in IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Language skills : Proficiency in English and Bahasa to effectively communicate with diverse team members and users.
  • Technical expertise : Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
