We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a strong performance mindset to lead digital campaigns and website execution across a portfolio of F&B and lifestyle brands.
This is a full-stack digital role — you’ll manage ad platforms, conversion tracking and website development. Your ultimate mission : drive high reservation numbers through data-backed digital marketing and seamless user experience.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on measurable results — ROAS, CTR, and most importantly, conversions of restaurant reservations. You are also required to manage at least 6- 10 accounts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Plan, run, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google PMAX, and SEM
- Set up conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, UTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs
- Focus on reservations, pre-orders, and real-world table conversions
- A / B test audiences, placements, creatives, and CTAs to continuously improve ROI
- Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate) and provide reporting with insights
- Work with our Brand Managers to optimize creative direction for ad visuals and copy
- Advise on hooks, formats, and message testing per platform (Meta vs TikTok vs Google)
- Work with internal stakeholders to align campaign goals with creative output
3. Website Development & Landing Pages
Build, manage, and optimise brand websites using WordPress, Shopify, and WixCreate mobile-optimised, fast-loading landing pages with strong CTAs4. Website Maintenance
Keep websites updated : plugins, themes, hosting, form flowsConduct regular UX, performance, and SEO auditsTroubleshoot technical issues and ensure uptime and conversion continuityRequirements
4–6 years of digital marketing experience with a clear performance recordProven track record running paid ads that drive F&B bookings or conversionsProficient in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (PMAX & SEM)Experience with full conversion tracking setup : GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, attributionStrong working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and / or WixBonus : Experience with F&B, hospitality, or D2C brandsOperates independently with little supervisionFast, resourceful, and creative problem-solverResults-obsessed — you care about what works, not just what looks goodUnderstands how digital translates into real business outcomesSeniority level : Mid-Senior level
