We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our dynamic team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Kawasan Perindustrian Semambu. As a Safety Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees by implementing and overseeing our comprehensive occupational health and safety program. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a strong safety culture
- Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on safety performance metrics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and find innovative solutions
- Staying up-to-date with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
