Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Kuala Lumpur. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, providing customer service, and offering customer support. Daily tasks include making calls to potential clients, providing information, and promoting bank products and services. The specialist will work closely with the sales team to meet targets and achieve customer satisfaction.
