The Sales & Service Engineer is to assist the Senior Engineer and Manager for the day-to-day activities and to report to the Senior Engineer and Sales & Service Manager for completing tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the quotation / proposal upon client requirement
- Perform related tasks assigned by superior within timeline
- Support and provide advice to team members when required
- Work hand in hand with contractors and customers
- Compile the commercial proposal inclusive of all the job scope such as civil, M&E, test run & commissioning as well as operation (if any)
- Represent the organization in dealing with client, supplier or other bodies
- Involve in system design, development, testing, and site supervision
- Customer support / troubleshooting and resolution
- Provide phone and on-site customer support
- Ensure customer sites comply with all parameters from rules and regulations
- Assist boiler inspection with JKKP and customer
- Assist sales in wastewater, boiler, and cooling water treatment
- Administer customer field training / education (formal / informal) including documentation and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
