The Role

Step into a role where you’ll bring our client’s brand to life through unforgettable experiences! As a part of the SEAS Marketing team, you’ll create immersive, shareable events that resonate with audiences. You’ll collaborate across diverse teams to craft one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impact, blending creativity with strategic planning.

In this role, you’ll shape and execute some of our client’s highest-profile events. Working alongside B2B, B2C, Brand, and Reputation marketing teams, you’ll manage strategic initiatives, devise creative solutions, and forge connections between audiences and cutting-edge products. From content and program development to AV production, logistics, and vendor management, you’ll oversee every detail to make each event extraordinary. Your organizational and project management skills, combined with your creative flair, will shine here.

Your Impact

You’ll support and lead various high-visibility projects – from public activations to internal events. Whether managing an event from concept to completion or working as part of a larger team, you’ll be instrumental in turning ambitious briefs into memorable moments. You’ll scope projects, allocate resources, and ensure every aspect — creative, logistical, and technical — surpasses expectations.

Oversee various aspects of event management and production, including content development, AV production, vendor relations, logistics, and promotions.

Lead project meetings, timelines, budgets, and action items for events of varying sizes and scopes.

Build and maintain effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and that all needs are met.

Actively support larger team projects, taking on roles in event logistics, team meetings, and project management to keep everything running smoothly.

This is a fully remote role, with potential travel within the SEA region.

You

3+ years of experience in event management

Proven experience at an in-house or event agency

A strong track record in project managing and executing successful events from start to finish, on time and within budget

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

Strong relationship-building skills with agency partners, colleagues, and suppliers

Regional or international event management experience
