• Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including office space planning, tenant sourcing, negotiations, administration, deal closures, renewals, and budget forecasting - with a focus on maximizing rental income, occupancy, and profitability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, agents, business partners, and other key contacts.
• Lead lease agreement negotiations and execution, ensuring compliance with legal standards and protecting the landlord’s interests.
• Collaborate with legal teams to draft standard tenancy agreements, incorporating landlord and tenant provisions, house rules, and fit-out guidelines.
