Penerangan pekerjaanProvide functional support for ERP and business systems across domains (CRM, HR / FIN, PLM, RPA, TMS, etc.) Monitor, prioritize, and resolve support tickets via Service Desk+ Collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions Participate in system testing, documentation, and end-user training Drive process improvements and assist in major incident management initiatives 5+ years of experience with IFS Applications as a Functional Support Consultant or Business Analyst Strong understanding of the IFS Financials module ; experience with the IFS HR module is a plus Solid knowledge of financial processes in a multinational manufacturing environment Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Quick learner with strong analytical and evaluative abilities High level of initiative and self-motivation in adopting new technologies Strong problem-solving , planning , and organizational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Willing to work rotational shifts overlapping with US CST hours (7 AM – 5 PM CST) , including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled Experience with other ERP systems such as Epicor , QAD , or Sage Familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA for issue tracking and collaboration Team-oriented and collaborative approach Strong customer focus with attention to detail
Position Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will provide functional support for IFS ERP systems , focusing on the Financials and HR modules to ensure seamless system performance and user experience. You’ll work closely with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements, resolve technical and functional issues, and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and support business growth across the organization.
Salary Range : RM4,500 - RM6,500
