Job Description

Lead and oversee the full spectrum of supply chain and logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory, and distribution.
Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., HR, Marketing, Finance) and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
Identify and drive cost‑saving initiatives, process improvements, and performance enhancements across the supply chain.
Build, manage, and mentor a capable team to support growing operational demands.
Support integration of newly acquired businesses into existing supply chain frameworks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high levels of service quality.
Contribute to strategic planning and readiness for future milestones.

The Successful Applicant

Should have :

Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management within the healthcare retail industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.

A relevant degree or professional qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
