LINE LEADER (MYNEWS KINEYA)

The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Line Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling internal and external customer satisfaction and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by superiors.

Key responsibilities include :

• Directing and coordinating the Daily Job Assignment of the total production by assigned line.
• Ensuring all subordinates follow Daily Job Assignment.
• Ensuring all checklists and Critical Control Points (CCP) are recorded on time.
• Maintaining shop floor cleanliness and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Updating all checklists.
• Ensuring all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed.

Requirements for the role include :

The company offers a permanent, full-time position with a minimum education requirement of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent. The spoken and written languages required are Malay and English.
