Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Identify growth opportunities and manage key partnerships. Lead brand, digital, and promotional initiatives. Manage team performance and development. Oversee CRM use and customer satisfaction. Align budgets, forecasts, and operations. Drive process improvements and cross-team collaboration. Handle additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications
