  • Responsible for maintaining testers, fixtures and environmental test chambers to the specification standards required
  • Repairs testers, fixtures in accordance with the fault logging and down time system
  • Documents all repairs and improvements on Test Equipment
  • Controls and maintains the equipment maintenance and calibration system in accordance with ISO requirements
  • Responsible for scheduling and execution of maintenance on time and to the correct standards
  • Responsible for the development of Preventive Maintenance Program for each test equipment
  • Good understanding of electronic circuits, schematic diagrams and drawings and hands-on experience in debugging of Electronics printed circuit boards at component level
  • Experience with basic electronic hand tools, soldering / de-soldering equipment
  • Hands-on experience in ICT and Flying Probe Tester is an added advantage.
  • Provides support to Test Engineers through participation in the continuous improvement effort and promotion of a "Quality First" mentality.
  • Equipment Setup and Troubleshooting.
  • Perform initial setup for new production runs and assist in the development of new processes.
  • Ability to perform assembly equipment conversion and major troubleshooting to ensure smoothed production line.
  • Ability to perform machine preventive maintenance job and to improve equipment capability through continuous improvement activities.
  • Work closely with engineers and senior technicians, production, and quality teams to improve processes and equipment performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

    • Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience
    • Must be able to work in rotation shift( day / night )
    • Experience in semiconductor background with die attach and wire bonding equipment knowledge will be an added advantage .
