Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality assurance processes.
• Mentor team members in best practices for automated testing and quality engineering.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency.
