Overview

We’re looking for a Design Specialist (Mobile Engineer – Design System) to help drive the evolution and adoption of our mobile component SDK across iOS and Android platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, production-ready UI components and bridge the gap between design and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust mobile design system (iOS / Android).
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure UI / UX consistency and scalability.
  • Improve collaboration workflows and drive SDK adoption.
  • Provide production-ready solutions for complex design and animation challenges.
  • Mentor team members on design-system integration and best practices.
  • Contribute to mobile design-to-code workflows, including AI-powered tools.
  • Enhance component quality across animation, dark mode, accessibility, and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience (iOS and / or Android).
  • Strong proficiency in Swift or Kotlin .
  • Experience in building and maintaining component libraries or SDKs .
  • Solid understanding of design system integration and modern engineering practices (CI / CD, version control, automated testing).
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Passionate about UI / UX excellence, accessibility, and performance.
