Responsibilities :

  • Analyzed and resolved production incidents related to database queries.
  • Provided L2 / L3 support for business-critical applications using Oracle and SQL.
  • Debugged and optimized slow-performing PL / SQL procedures and SQL queries.
  • Worked with development teams to troubleshoot Oracle errors (ORA- errors).
  • Monitored daily jobs using control-m / autosys / crontab.
  • Handled schema-level troubleshooting and data correction activities.
  • Performed root cause analysis and created knowledge base documents.
  • Worked on database connectivity issues and session locks

Job Type : Permanent

Pay : RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
