Responsibilities :
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large, shift-based employee base across multiple locations.
- Ensure accuracy in salary calculations including night shift differentials, and attendance-linked incentives.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage employee benefits, deductions, and taxation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for internal and external audits.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax codes, and labor legislation.
Requirements :
Knowledge in tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.Having Overseas payroll experience is highly preferred.Benefits :
