HR Executive (Foreign Worker Management) at Gagasan Nadi Cergas Berhad . This role focuses on managing foreign workers, payroll processes, compliance, and related HR activities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of foreign workers management.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, allowance / overtime computation, deductions, salary reconciliation, accurately and on time.
- Check and validate attendance, leave applications, and HR documentation.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Generate payroll-related reports as requested and ensure data confidentiality before releasing any information.
- Maintain employee master file details, bank details, deductions, and other payroll information in the payroll system.
- Liaise with government agencies such as KDN, Immigration, JTK, CIDB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and LHDN for statutory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and company policies.
- Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Assist in audits or HR projects.
- Handle foreign worker documentation (e.g., renewal of passport and work permit, FOMEMA, FWCMS) and welfare (accommodation, etc.).
- Arrange flight tickets for foreign workers (End Contract / Home Leave).
- Liaise with agents in applying for new foreign workers intake and prepare related documents.
- Prepare onboarding of new foreign workers intake.
- Maintain HR records (personal files, personal database, leave records, attendance tracking) in a proper and efficient manner.
- Ensure HR Department policies / SOP / Compliance documentation are well managed and updated accordingly.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Head of HR Department.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.1-3 years of relevant HR experience.Knowledge of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR / payroll systems.Benefits
