We are seeking an IT Executive to join our team

Join a dynamic organization where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise in a healthcare environment while supporting critical systems that directly impact patient care and business operations.

What you'll be doing?

  • Infrastructure Management : Support, configure, and troubleshoot IT network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, CCTV systems, and various hardware components to ensure seamless operations.
  • System Administration : Manage domain / file servers, mail servers, and web applications; perform software installations; maintain desktops, notebooks, and peripherals.
  • Technical Problem Solving : Diagnose system failures, implement corrective solutions, and provide both onsite and offsite support while proactively identifying potential risks.
  • Specialized System Support : Collaborate with EBI-POS system suppliers, monitor CCTV systems across branches, and provide technical expertise for retail operations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Education : Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience : At least 2 years of hands-on experience in network environments, preferably in IT / Computer Network / System / Database Administration.
  • Technical Skills : Knowledge of EBI POS systems is a plus, alongside understanding of software implementation lifecycles, methodologies, and platforms.
  • Personal Qualities : Independent, proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Mobility : Must possess own transport (travel to branch sites required).
  • Industry Background : Retail environment experience in analyst / advisor roles is an advantage.

  • 5-day work week

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM3, RM45,000.00 per month
