Job Description
AI Content System Development & Maintenance
Design AI-based content frameworks for branding, storytelling, and sales enablement.
Build and maintain prompt libraries and reusable content templates.
Develop “plug-and-play” content kits tailored for dealer and field marketing use.
AI Tool Integration & Workflow Automation
Discover, evaluate, and drive the integration of AI tools for content generation, automation, analytics, and customer engagement (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, Claude).
Implement AI-powered digital marketing automation (e.g., chatbots, campaign workflows, email automation, analytics platforms).
Standardize and document prompt usage and automate repetitive content creation tasks.
Collaborate with product, branding, and sales teams to co-create AI-generated marketing materials.
Support campaigns with locally relevant content kits, visuals, video scripts, and social assets.
AI Training & Enablement
Lead internal workshops and training for marketing and non-marketing teams on how to leverage AI tools.
Guide teams on best practices for prompt engineering, content quality control, and usage efficiency.
Data-Driven Content Optimization
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, conversions, etc.).
Conduct A / B testing and refine prompts for continuous optimization.
Translate data insights into actionable improvements for AI-generated content.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, marketing automation, or MarTech.
Proven track record of integrating and utilizing AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Runway, etc.).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Strong skills in prompt engineering and narrative development for marketing.
Experience in managing multi-functional marketing projects and cross-departmental collaboration.
Proficiency with workflow automation or productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Zapier, Airtable).
Familiarity with CRM systems, chatbot tools, digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a strong plus.
Creative, analytical, and tech-savvy mindset with an eye for innovation and process efficiency.
