Key Responsibilities :

Operational & Administrative Support

Perform daily operational tasks including documentation, data entry, printing, filing, and preparing formal documents.

  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment; coordinate restocking with suppliers.
  • Track daily deliveries and collections; ensure timely system updates.
  • Analyse workflows and implement improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

Provide support in project management and other operational tasks as assigned.

Marketing & Event Management

Assist in the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing collateral aligned with the brand.

  • Create and manage content for digital campaigns, social media, and other marketing platforms.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product promotions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide logistics and coordination support for events, product launches, and industry exhibitions.

    Logistics Management

    Oversee shipments, deliveries, and collections to ensure timeliness and cost-effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and vendors to manage delivery schedules.
  • Monitor transportation routes and inventory to avoid delays or shortages.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of goods in warehouses and during transit.
  • Implement supply chain strategies to improve delivery accuracy and operational efficiency.

    Customer Service

    Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving complaints.

    Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

    Supply Chain Management

    Manage warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory and efficient order fulfilment.

  • Implement inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Build strong relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.

    Financial Management

    Oversee daily financial activities including cash handling, revenue collection, and reconciliation.

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to meet financial goals.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost improvement.
