Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately with a pleasant attitude.Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.Ensure orders are delivered to guests promptly and correctly.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.Assist in kitchen duties such as basic food preparation, dishwashing, and replenishing supplies when necessary.Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines at all times.Operate the POS system for order-taking, billing, and processing payments efficiently.Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and effective daily operations.Provide attentive, courteous, and helpful service to create a positive dining experience for guests.Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior F&B experience is an advantage, but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and able to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically able to stand for extended hours.
- Positive, cooperative, and eager to learn new skills.
