Altera Act as the primary liaison with outsourced payroll vendor(s) Own payroll calendar, approvals, audits, and reconciliations Validate inputs and outputs for each cycle (hires, terminations, bonuses, etc.) Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or escalations Manage internal compliance with tax, wage laws, and SOX requirements Partner with Finance, HRBPs, Benefits, and Legal to ensure payroll accuracy Support payroll accounting function as needed Prepare payroll reports and dashboards for leadership Recommend and implement process improvements and automation

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in global payroll operations (EMEA, APAC) Experience with outsourced / global payroll vendors Experience with regional benefits policies desired Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or equivalents) Strong analytical, audit, and reconciliation skills Excellent communication and vendor management ability
