Role Description

Salary Range : RM3,500 – RM6,000

Location : Bangi, Selangor

Join us as a Product Specialist, where you'll combine technical expertise with sales skills to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers. Your role includes providing technical support, building client relationships, and driving sales.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements
• Respond to sales inquiry, meet sales target and submit timely report
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscapes
• Managing of existing key account customers and generating additional revenues to ensure business growth
• Responsible for promoting and managing range of products to the designated territories.
• To organize and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences and exhibitions
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Gathering customer feedback to help inform product roadmaps and continuous improvement efforts
