Senior Account Executive

Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, invoices, debit / credit note, accrual entry, repayment & deposit, reporting, and all other related matters.

Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up to date at all times.

Maintaining full set of accounting records of the Company by the relevant standards and statutory requirements including ensuring the completion of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and production of the P&L statements.

To review monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (Intercompany reconciliation, customers / supplier statement and outstanding, Bank reconciliation).

To assist in audit & Tax schedules.

Handle all matters relating to TAX and Account Department.

To perform and other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Assist in any other task as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• Computer Literate and hands-on approach is a must for this role.
• Ability to work with teams and build effective working relationships.
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the same field.
• Experience in manufacturing environment background.
• Possess own transport and willing to work in Bukit Minyak.
