Key Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field, especially in real estate or conveyancing law firms.
  • Must have at least SPM qualification or higher.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and handling bank portals.
  • Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and complete sale and purchase transactions, including bulk purchase and subsale, with minimal supervision. Tasks include preparation of signing documents, correspondence, follow-up, stamping, filing CKHT forms, presentation at the land office, extraction of title, safekeeping of documents up to closing files.
  • Handle and complete loan transactions, including project loans, subsale loans, refinancing, discharge of charge, with minimal supervision. Tasks include obtaining documents, preparing signing documents, correspondence, follow-up, stamping, presentation at the land office, drawdown advice, title extraction, safekeeping of documents up to closing files.
  • Corporate Real Estate : knowledge of real estate and banking documentation processes. Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents related to property transactions, loan agreements, security documents, and banking instruments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and ensure timely reporting to lawyers in charge and partners.
  • Familiar with land offices and banks portals; ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
