Software Support Engineer is an integral part of our vibrant team in Customer Service Department. The candidate is expected to possess strong technical competency to solve problems under time pressure, given the mission critical business environment our customers operate in. He / She is responsible to diagnose and troubleshoot application software and operating system related issues.
We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, have an analytical mind to resolve issues systematically, possess strong self-initiative to study and understand our system and the industry we support, dare to try new things and thrive in solving problems.
