Accounting Assistant

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based at KL ECO City (Malaysia). The team member will use XERO to manage all aspects of accounting (AP & AR), prepare monthly management reports and reconciliations, perform system‑generated forecasting, maintain the AI dashboard, monitor transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards in Malaysia and Australia.
The XERO system produced monthly management reports is reviewed by the External Group Accountant and provided to Management. Preparation and submission of all statutory reports verified by an external Group Accountant. Support external accountants both in Australia and Malaysia by maintaining data on time each week. Assist with office administration and management, vendor management, and documentation control.
