Responsibilities :
- Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer's expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
- Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the CS & ASK mailboxes.
- To perform tele sales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
- To promote company mobile app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
Requirements :
Min Diploma / Degree in any fieldMin 1 year of working experience in Customer Service fieldEffective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team playerGood communication and interpersonal skills.Well versed in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.Attractive perks awaiting right candidate - Apply now
