Responsibilities

• Perform color matching and qualification for production.
• Adapt and improve designs for inkjet technology and machines.
• Modify glaze, paste, and designs to support new product development.
• Conduct trial runs and testing of new raw materials.
• Ensure only qualified raw materials are used in production.
• Provide technical services including tests, production trials, and troubleshooting to promote company products.
• Maintain close communication with customers and internal teams to develop the products.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and enhance efficiency.
